SETUP

	Main Page After logging in, you are presented with a summary of customers you have as well as details about the scans you have performed.
	My Auditor View your license information and change some of your personal preferences.
	Customers With the Beacon Auditor Professional you can track multiple customers.
	Customer Sites With the Beacon Auditor Professional you can track customers with multiple sites.
	Software Blacklist Provides the ability to create a list of programs which can be personalized by customer and customer site that are considered blacklisted.
	Users Allows you to see a the list of users created and which are enabled/disabled.

NETWORK

	Scan This shows the progress as the scan is being performed, including stats about devices found, which devices are currently being scanned, and any errors.
	Devices A quick glance of the devices that have been found and inventoried along with the hardware and software details of the device.
	Load Inventory From File Allows you to load the output of the inventory scripts manually, if performing the inventory remotely is not possible.
	Software License Keys Provides you with the list of license keys and the ability to verify each of them.
	Active Directory Shows the list of devices that can be inventoried for their Active Directory information.

REPORTS

	Proposal A quick proposal generator which consolidates selected reports generated from collected information.
	Scorecard A configurable scorecard gives you a score for various areas of your network.
	Device Overview A quick sortable list of devices on the network with some basic hardware and OS specs.
	Device Detail You can get detailed hardware information here about a particular device such as information about drives, what printers are setup, and more.
	Device Software This report shows a complete list of software installed on a particular device as well as highlights blacklisted software.
	Device System Services Lists the system services and their status that are available on the selected devices.
	Device Network Ports Lists the network ports and their status that are available on the selected devices.
	OS Overview Provides an overview of the Operating Systems that are installed on the devices on the network.
	Software Overview This report lists all software found on the network and the number of instances. It will also highlight any blacklisted software.
	System Services Overview Provides an overview of the system services that were found to be available on the network and lists which devices have them.
	Network Ports Overview Provides an overview of the network ports that were found to be available on the network and lists which devices have them.
	Device Hotfixes Here you can find a complete list of Microsoft Hotfixes that are installed on a particular device.
	Devices to Upgrade This report provides you with a list of devices that do not meet your customizable standards to determine which devices need to be upgraded.
	Low Disk Space Search for devices that are above a user defined threshold for full disk space.
	Blacklisted Software This report will display all devices that had software titles containing blacklisted keywords.
	Software Licenses Shows software license keys and verification status.
	Hotfixes Overview Here you can find a complete list of Microsoft Hotfixes that are installed and on which devices.
	Printers Overview Provides you with a list of all the printers on your network, toner levels, and page count.
	Printer Page Counts Breaks down each printer individually providing you with a total number of pages printed and the daily average of pages printed.
